Subway White Chocolate & Raspberry Cheesecake Cookie review

Standing at the counter at Subway and this little beauty caught my eye. White chocolate and raspberry cheesecake cookie, sounds amazing right?! I had to buy it and couldn't wait to give it a go, especially as I have always loved subway's cookies. They have an amazing reputation for being thick and chewy with a crunchy outer layer and delicious sweet flavour.

 

 

This cookie however didn't seem to have much bite to it and felt very soft. Despite this, I bit into it expecting to be wowed. I'm sorry to say that I was really dissapointeed. I don't know of this was just a bad batch or if Subway's cookies are just not as good as they used to be but this was very cake-y. There was no crunch when I bit in and even the flavour was disappointing. It tasted fine but not as sweet as I remembered and slightly bland. I wont be rushing to pick up another one of these cookies again but am seriously hoping that I just got a bad batch and that if I do have another cookie in future, that it is up to the Subway standard that I have always loved.
