Popchips Salt & Vinegar review

Salt and vinegar is not a flavour that I usually go for, probably because I'm not massively into the tang and burn that you get with vinegar in general. Today however I fancied a change and so picked up these salt and vinegar Popchips. These are potato chips that are not fried and so contain half of the fat. This bag only contained 95 calories.

There were not a massive amount in the bag but in all honesty there were a lot more than in most lower calorie bags of crisps. There was certainly a nice "crisp" texture to these crisps and I liked that they sort of dissolved on your tongue. The flavour itself was not as strong as most salt and vinegar crisps but still enough to get a strong hit of salt and vinegar meaning that I was actually impressed.

I am surprised at how much I enjoyed these and so what I initially thought would be a one off buy might actually make it into my bag again. These weren't overwhelmingly burn-y however provided a nice taste of vinegar. I liked the popped texture with little bubbles and there were a decent amount in the bag so I wasn't left hungry. For only 95 calories these Popchips were a great find.
